Position requested
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and professional Chief Stewardess for a 60m motor yacht operating in the Mediterranean. This role follows a rotational schedule on a vessel that balances private use with a busy charter calendar.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A minimum of two years of experience as a Chief Stewardess on vessels of similar tonnage (60m+).
- A proven track record in high-end charter operations.
- Exceptional interior management skills, including service, housekeeping, and laundry administration.
- A positive, leadership, driven attitude to foster a healthy crew environment.
- English fluently, French or Italian speaker is an advantage..
Contract time : Permanent. Visa B1/B2 is a must.
Salary offrered : €6,500 – €7,000 (DOE and qualifications).
Rotation: To be discussed (Standard industry rotation).All updated maritime certificates are required.

House Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. REF: 2614

We are looking for a House Manager (only female) with extensive experience to oversee and manage all the operations of a high-level private residence in Riyadh. The selected profile will be responsible for ensuring the flawless operation of the property, leading the home team and maintaining the highest standards of service and organization. Will report directly to the family PA.
Main responsibilities:
Direct supervision of the daily operations of the residence.
Coordinate, train and manage domestic staff to ensure service excellence.
Maintain and elevate the hospitality, cleaning and property maintenance protocols.
Control of inventories, operational budgets and coordination with external suppliers.
Act as the main link between client and staff, ensuring smooth execution of requests.

Position requested:
We are looking for a highly qualified Executive Housekeeper(only female) to lead the interior department of a prestigious villa located outside Athens. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and the highest service standards during peak season.
Required:
Minimum 2 years performing similar functions in high-level private residences (households) or superyachts.
Fluent in English (essential for daily coordination and communication).Only UE passport.
Excellent command skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Mandatory to provide verifiable professional references from previous jobs.
Main responsibilities:
Direct management and supervision of the butler, cleaning and laundry staff.
Ensure that every corner of the villa meets high-level cleaning protocols and luxury hospitality.
Knowledge of protocol, table service and personalized attention to owners and guests.
Supply control, fine lingerie management and coordination with external suppliers if necessary.
Contract time: Seasonal position from 1 May to 30 October.

Position requested:
- Experience of at least 7 years in supervisory position in housekeeping, preferably in luxury properties. Must have high standards of cleanliness, order, quality in service and attention to detail.
- Great ability to work with other villa employees, housekeeper, driver, chef. Will work closely with maintenance service to ensure the good condition of the property. Report directly to the villa’s House Manager.
- Planning and organizing the allocation of tasks, schedules and resources.

- Supervision and leadership of all domestic and service personnel, ensuring a flawless, discreet and efficient operation.
- Continuing training and staff assessment, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality and loyalty.
- Advanced human resources planning: schedules, rotations, travel coverage, vacations and contingencies.
- Administration and control of the annual household budget, reporting expenses and optimizing costs without compromising service quality.
- Coordination and negotiation with high-level suppliers, specialist contractors and premium service providers.
- Supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance of property, technical systems, fleets, security and high-value assets.

Position requested:
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of previous experience as Chief Stewardess on motor yachts, demonstrating the autonomy and security necessary to independently lead the interior department. Strong expertise in laundry organization.
In the role Chief Stew you will be responsible for overseeing all operations inside, maintaining the highest standards of service, Manage the guest experience and coordinate closely with a small team of hostesses to ensure that daily operations run smoothly.
Required updated STWC, ENG1, F&H certificates. Speaking fluent English, speaking French or Spanish is a must. A female is required for accommodation.
Contract duration: Mediterranean season. Must have EU passport.
