In this context, many professionals do not have the necessary experience or are at an early stage of their career, which makes it difficult to meet the demanding standards of these environments.
In order to meet this need, we develop training programs designed to train professionals rigorously, providing them with the skills, abilities and knowledge essential to successfully integrate into positions within exclusive environments.
Through a structured methodology, eminently practical and results-oriented, we guarantee the acquisition of a high level of excellence, contributing to optimize the performance of the teams and maintain the highest standards of quality in service.
We also offer a wide range of courses at our prestigious academy, aimed at professionals in luxury service. Our training offer includes specialized programs in stewardship, floral art, cleaning, professional laundry and silver service, adapted both to the domestic sphere in high-level properties as well as luxury hospitality sectors, superyachts and corporate aviation.

Bespoke Training
We are an agency specializing in the training of domestic staff, offering a wide variety of programs oriented both to service and maintenance. Our academy enjoys a strong international reputation, supported by the trust of clients in different countries.
We propose a private training model structured in two phases: The first consists of a completely personalized training, designed to adapt to the specific needs of an individual or a particular member of a team. The second phase is developed in group format, in small groups of up to 12 participants, favoring the exchange of knowledge and experiences.
This combined approach allows us to ensure close, individualized and high quality care, ensuring effective learning aligned with the highest professional standards.

Who can do the Training?
Bespoke corporate courses
Training programs designed for high-level organizations, such as luxury resorts, hotels, superyachts, corporate aviation, boutiques and other environments where service excellence is a fundamental requirement.
Service features:
- Completely tailor-made courses, developed according to the objectives, standards and specific needs of each client.

- The training sessions are held in groups of up to 12 participants, ensuring a dynamic, personalized and effective experience.
- Practical and applied approach, with the aim of improving immediately the performance of the team and the experience of the end customer.
- The courses are taught mainly in Spanish; however, if another language is required, the training can be done with the support of a professional interpreter to ensure clear and effective communication.
The economic conditions will be determined after a personalized evaluation, based on the duration of the program, location and number of participants.

The cost of the service is established according to the duration of the program, location and number of participants, after a prior assessment of specific requirements.
Individuals
Our academy is aimed at all those interested in entering this demanding and attractive professional sector, as well as those who want to perfect their skills and excel in their current position within the service field. We have a team of highly qualified instructors, available throughout the year to offer continuous and adapted training.
Service features:
- The courses are held at the client’s home or professional environment, ensuring a practical and contextualized training.
- The duration is flexible, ranging from one day to a maximum of two weeks, depending on the objectives set.
- They are offered in individual format, allowing for fully personalized attention.
- The content is tailored to each student’s level, experience and specific goals, ensuring effective and results-oriented learning.
The cost of the service is determined according to the duration of the program, location and number of participants, after a prior evaluation of the client’s needs.
Is there any practical training?
In order to ensure the maximum use of our programs, the training incorporates an eminently practical approach, developed in real environments. Much of the learning is based on practice, complemented by rigorously structured theoretical content.
In addition, each participant receives a manual in PDF format as support and reference material, facilitating the consolidation of acquired knowledge. This comprehensive approach allows us to offer a complete training experience, oriented towards direct application in the professional environment.
Our in-service training methods are designed to meet the highest standards of quality, ensuring that learners acquire and master all skills robustly and comprehensively.
How long is the training?
The duration of the training programs will be adapted to the specific needs of each client, dedicating the necessary time to achieve the previously established objectives. Courses can last from one day to two weeks, depending on the requirements of each establishment or individual client.
Sessions are taught in groups of up to 12 participants. If this number is exceeded, an additional trainer will be assigned or the training time will be extended in order to ensure the quality of teaching. The personalized training of butlers or housekeepers, as well as any other individual module, requires a minimum booking of 4 hours when taking place within Europe; for trainings outside Europe, the minimum booking will be one full day.
In the case of international travel, a fee corresponding to half-day for each day of the trainer’s journey within Europe and a full day for each day of travel when the trainer is travelling outside Europe will be applied.
The client will be responsible for covering all expenses associated with the instructor’s travel, including transportation, visas, transfers, food and accommodation.
The full amount of the course must be paid at least 10 working days before the start of the training.
Rates and quotes will be provided after a personalized consultation, in order to adjust to the specific needs of each client.
